Abstract :
Exhaustiveness is one of the occupational issues and risks that has been considered in recent years. This study investigates the relationship between emotional fatigue and depersonalization among auditors and attorneys in the period of 2018-2019. The research empirical in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical studies in terms of research method. The statistical population of this study are the auditors and attorneys of Zahedan city. In order to determine the sample, Cochran's sample determination formula was applied for an unknown community and the minimum number of required samples were estimated to be 295 people. According to the obtained results, when the employees are in perfect mental health and feel satisfied with their job, it will possibly cause both health and maximum productivity in the organization. Therefore, preventing exhaustion can increase mental health. Mental health care requires paying attention and promoting the level of depersonalization of employees.
